Our Green Jobs Initiative is a powerful force for driving climate adaptation and finance in Africa. The campaign reframes climate adaptation as an opportunity to create green jobs for African youth, with a focus on gender equality – aiming to mobilise 1 million green jobs, with 50% being women, by 2030.
